Create Your Account
To ensure you and your team can utilize the Intrepid Response Platform seamlessly, please complete the User Registration Document (download below). This spreadsheet will enable us to create accounts for all initial users on your Intrepid Response account, so please include your desired usernames, passwords, contact information, and the designated administrator.

ADMIN TRAINING – Our mandatory Administrator training program can help you optimize the Response Platform workflows to align with your organization's mission.

In this training, System Administrators will learn to set up and effectively manage your Intrepid Response Account. Topics covered include adding new users and groups, creating and overseeing channels, incorporating shapes and markers into live maps, activating teams at the group or individual level, communicating and sharing information with the entire team, and much more. To ensure continuing access to Intrepid Response's features and benefits without interruptions, your Intrepid Networks account manager will contact you approximately 90 days before your license expiration. They will check in on your experience and assist you with the renewal process as needed.
