The successful candidate will be accountable for the following critical business priorities: drive high customer satisfaction; develop, drive, and present for approval the product strategy and roadmap to achieve; foster an engaging, inclusive, communicative, ethical and positive team dynamic; drive internal team performance to meet/overachieve on program schedules and budgets utilizing an agile scrum development methodology; prepare and drive corrective action plans for technical and schedule issues; and manage risks with clear risk mitigation plans.
In performing the aforementioned business activities, the Program Manager will be accountable for providing exceptional leadership with the customer and with the cross-functional integrated product team (IPT). We seek candidates with an authentic collaborative and communicative style and resiliency in the face of issues that fosters a positive and engaged team dynamic in which all team members understand their priorities and are comfortable quickly communicating issues and risks for early mitigation. As well, the Program Manager must have strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal team, internal stakeholder, and external customer relationship management
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Management, PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ program management experience for Federal and/or DoD contract(s)
Experience overseeing multiple custom development projects simultaneously
Proven capability in building and maintaining Program Management Plans (PMPs), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Resource Allocation Planning, Staffing Planning, conducting regular program reviews, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Budget baselining and management, and Risk Management.
Expertise in EVMS, Microsoft Project and Office Suite
Experience managing personnel located in remote locations (CONUS and OCONUS) and experience managing subcontractors
Outstanding written and oral communication skills who enjoys collaborating with customers to develop solutions to their most complex mission needs.
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage complexity
Excellent, structured meeting organization and management with disciplined follow-up
Strong negotiation skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen with Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance (although active Top Secret clearance preferred)
Ability to travel on occasion
Primary Responsibilities
Accountable for consistently ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Accountable for meeting / exceeding overall technical, schedule, cost and compliance objectives
Accountable for ensuring deliverables are prepared with the highest quality and on schedule in accordance with Government program requirements.
Acts as the authorized interface with Government POCs, simultaneously managing multiple task orders.
Provides leadership, management, direction, administration of multiple task orders
simultaneously with project team members operating out of remote locations, while ensuring highest quality control and compliance at all times.
Manages and provides status to Customer and Intrepid Networks leadership on all program activities across multiple simultaneous task orders, providing cross project synergy and cross-fertilization of resources
